Last Updated: July 2024 Welcome to B Film Studio. By using our services, submitting footage, requesting a quote, or making payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services

2. Project Acceptance
A project officially begins only after: Project scope is agreed. Required footage is received. Deposit/payment (if applicable) is completed.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to: Provide complete footage. Upload files correctly. Inform us of important moments. Provide music preferences (if any). Provide branding assets when required. Supply reference videos if desired. B Film Studio is not responsible for missing moments that were never recorded.
4. File Delivery
Clients should provide: Original camera footage Audio files Project notes Timeline (if applicable) Logos Fonts Music (if licensed) Preferred delivery methods: Google Drive Dropbox WeTransfer MASV Frame.io
5. Turnaround Time
Delivery time depends on: Project complexity Footage length Number of cameras Revision requests Estimated delivery times will be communicated before work begins. Urgent delivery may incur additional fees.
6. Revisions
Every project includes 2 free revision rounds unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges. Major changes after project approval will be treated as a new project.
8. Cancellation Policy
If a project is cancelled after editing has begun: Deposits are non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation date may be billed. Project files may be deleted after 30 days.
9. Confidentiality
All wedding footage remains confidential. We never share client footage with third parties unless written permission is provided. NDA agreements are welcome upon request.
10. Portfolio Rights
Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before editing begins, B Film Studio may use short excerpts of completed work for: Portfolio Website Social Media Marketing Clients requesting complete privacy will always be respected.
12. Music Licensing
If licensed music is required, the client is responsible for obtaining the appropriate licenses unless otherwise agreed.
13. File Storage
Completed projects are stored for 30 days after final delivery. After this period, files may be permanently deleted without notice. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
14. Delivery Format
Final exports are delivered in the agreed format, including: MP4 (H.264/H.265) ProRes (if requested) Resolution: 1080p 2K 4K
11. Copyright
Clients confirm they own or have permission to use all supplied: Video footage Audio Music Logos Graphics B Film Studio is not liable for copyright infringement caused by client-provided materials.
15. Limitation of Liability
B Film Studio is not responsible for: Corrupted client footage Missing recordings Camera failures Audio issues present in original recordings Delays caused by incomplete uploads Third-party platform failures
16. Communication
All project communication should be conducted through agreed channels such as: Email WhatsApp Frame.io Slack (if applicable)
17. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of creative editing services: Deposits are non-refundable. Completed work is non-refundable. Refunds are only considered if work has not yet begun.
18. Privacy
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell client information.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction agreed upon between both parties.
19. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
